We are happy to announce that Prof. dr hab. Henryk Runowski, who is the faculty member of our Institute, received the title of Doctor Honoris Causa of the University of Agriculture in Krakow on May 10, 2023.

The highest academic dignity was awarded by the  Senate of University of Agriculture in Krakow to Professor Runowski as an outstanding specialist in the field of agricultural economics, who made a significant contribution to the dissemination of knowledge related to modern management in agriculture, the development of environmentally friendly agriculture and the integration of Polish agriculture with the agriculture of the European Union, a member of many organizations and scientific societies , author of numerous books and scientific papers, educator of many generations of students and scientists.
